The purpose of this study was to materialize the Service quality in the global aviation and its influence on the visitor's perceived crowding and behavior Intention. The SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0 ware utilized for the data positivistic analysis. The specific findings are as follows; First, as a result of the analysis for credibility and validity in regard to the research unit, it has been analyzed that the level of credibility is very high for the Service quality. Secondly, after analyzing the influence of the Service quality of global aviation on the behavior Intention, it has been confirmed that there is a significant positive influence. Thirdly, information service factot in the global aviation influence on the visitor's perceived crowding but amenities of the exhibition factor was not. It is necessary to reinforce information service more than amenities of the exhibition in order to improve the service quality in the global aviation
