The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of emotional labor and job stress on emotional, dissonance of hotel employees. First results of hypothesis testing, emotional dissonance hotel employee ware of the emotional labor will affect one. Input method to verify the implementation of the results of the multiple regression analysis, emotional labor actions and inner surfaces of the two factor the emotional dissonance significant relationship was formed. Second, hotel employee’s are feeling the job stress will have a significant impact on emotional dissonance. The way in order to verify the multiple regression analysis, job stress jarring against the environment and communication tasks have relation with respect to time constraints, but forming a significant relationship is not formed.
