Social conflicts over local housing cooperative projects are also increasing as the number of businesses pushing for local housing cooperatives nationwide increases. The government is also aware of the seriousness of the problems of the local housing cooperative and is trying to protect its members by supplementing the law, but there is still a need to supplement the laws and systems regarding the local housing cooperative.
Thus, in this paper, we wanted to study the characteristics of additional contributions through changes in the cost of local housing cooperative projects. In addition, the purpose of this research is to analyze cases of changes in project cost and additional contributions of local housing cooperative projects that are actually being carried out in the workplace, and to draw up problems related to the calculation of project cost and the change of additional contributions through expert awareness and to suggest improvement measures.
In order to improve the problems caused by the change in the project cost of the local housing cooperative, 121 workplaces in 26 regions were generally analyzed through requests for information disclosure from 100 authorized and authorized public institutions nationwide.
In addition, it is expected that the members' right to know, participation in the project and reliability will be improved in the process of promoting the local housing cooperative project through the recognition of various problems and system improvement derived from the expert group interviews and expert group discussions.
