This study purposed to analyze the needs of students with disabilities for online classes, and find support plans for improving online classes based on the needs. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 53 students with disabilities, and the results were examined. First, as a result of comparing and analyzing the importance and performance level of factors related to online classes for students with disabilities, the importance level was statistically significantly higher than the performance level in learning content, computer and system support, interactions with learners, psychological & emotional support, assessment of learning outcomes, and instructors’ competency. In particular, computer and system support, psychological & emotional support, and assessing learning outcomes were identified as the most important factors to be reinforced as a result of combining Borich's needs analysis and the Locus for Focus model analysis.Second, as a result of analyzing the needs for online classes for each type of disability, psychological & emotional support was derived in common with students with visual impairments, hearing impairments, and brain lesions as the most important reinforcing factors. Computer and system support was identified as a factor that should be firstly strengthened for students with hearing impairments and brain lesions, assessment of learning outcomes for students with hearing impairments, and instructors’ competencies for students with brain lesions. By detailed category, the priority of needs was different for all students with visual impairments, hearing impairments, and brain lesions. This suggests that learning and life support based on the individuality of the individual student's support needs is necessary. Based on these results, the direction of future support was discussed.
