본 연구는 내면화된 수치심과 사회불안의 관계를 타인인정욕구가 매개하며, 사회적 자기효능감이 이러한 매개효과를 조절하는 조절된 매개효과가 나타나는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산광역시와 경남 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 337명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 SPSS Macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내면화된 수치심과 사회불안의 사이를 타인인정욕구가 매개하는지 확인한 결과, 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 둘째, 타인인정욕구와 사회불안의 관계에서 사회적 자기효능감의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 타인인정욕구와 사회불안의 관계를 사회적 자기효능감이 조절하는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 내면화된 수치심과 사회불안의 관계를 타인인정욕구가 매개하며, 타인인정욕구와 사회불안간의 관계가 사회적 자기효능감에 의해 조절되는 것으로 확인되어, 조절된 매개효과가 검증되었다.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether Need for Approval mediates the relationship between Internalized Shame and Social Anxiety, and whether Social Self-efficay moderates the moderated mediation effect. For this purpose, 337 college students at Busan Metropolitan City and Kyungnam City were surveyed. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SPSS Macro. The results of major studies are as follows. First, the mediating effect of Need for Approval between internalized shame and social anxiety was statistically significant. Second, the moderation effect of Social self-efficacy on the relationship between internalized shame and social anxiety were verified. Thirdly, Need for Approval mediated the relationship between Internalized Shame and Social Anxiety and it was confirmed that the relationship between Need for Approval and Social Anxiety was moderated by Social Self-efficacy, so the moderated mediation effect was verified.
