본 연구는 대학생의 진로스트레스와 마음챙김, 자기자비 및 진로준비행동 간의 구조적 관계를 확인하고, 진로스트레스와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 마음챙김과 자기자비의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경상남도와 부산지역에 소재하는 대학생 900명을 대상으로 진로스트레스, 마음챙김, 자기자비, 진로준비행동에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 모형을 검증한 결과, 진로스트레스는 마음챙김과 진로준비행동에 부적상관, 마음챙김은 자기자비와 진로준비행동에 정적상관, 자기자비는 진로준비행동에 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로스트레스와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 마음챙김이 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로스트레스와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 마음챙김과 자기자비는 순차적 이중매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 토대로 진로준비행동에 대한 진로스트레스와 마음챙김, 자기자비의 의미와 역할, 매개효과로서 마음챙김과 자기자비의 상담에 대한 함의 등이 논의되었으며 후속연구에 대한 제언 및 시사점 등이 제시되었다.
This study was to confirm the structural relationship between career stress, mindfulness, self-compassion, and career preparation behavior of university students, and to verify the mediating effect of mindfulness and self-compassion in the relationship between career stress and career preparation behavior. To this end, a survey measuring career stress, mindfulness, self-compassion, and career preparation behavior was conducted on 900 students from the colleges located in Gyeongsangnam-do and Busan. The results of verifying the model through the structural equation are as follows. First, career stress was negatively correlated with mindfulness and career preparation behavior, mindfulness was positively correlated with self-compassion and career preparation behavior, and self-compassion was positively correlated with career preparation behavior. Second, it was found that mindfulness had a mediating effect in the relationship between career stress and career preparation behavior. Third, in the relationship between career stress and career preparation behavior, mindfulness and self-compassion appeared to have a sequential double mediating effect. Based on the results, career stress and mindfulness for career preparation behavior, the meaning and role of self-compassion, and implications of mindfulness and self-compassion for counseling as mediating effects were discussed, and suggestions and implications for follow-up studies were presented.
