The purpose of this study is to provide basic information about the efficient management of hotel companies by analyzing the effects of hotel presentation services on member image and job satisfaction. The subject of the study was a statistical analysis of factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed based on a total of 192 questionnaires collected from managers working in hotels in the metropolitan area. The results of the study are as follows. First, presentation service has a significant positive effect on brand image. Second, member image has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction. Third, presentation service has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction. The results of the analysis show presentation service have a significant positive effect on member image and job satisfaction. Based on the research results, this study is expected to provide and establish basic information and suggest directions and strategic plan management contribute to the development of the hotel industry.
