The purpose of this study was conducted for 3rd and 4th grade University students in Honam region hospitality industry-related departments who had experience of studying major subjects non-face-to-face after the outbreak of COVID-19. The effect of E-Learning quality on academic stress and employment stress, and the effect of academic stress on employment stress were analyzed and verified. First, the results of the analysis of hypothesis 1 regarding whether E-Learning quality significantly affects academic stress are as follows. certainty and reliability educational service quality has a significant positive (+) effect on burnout academic stress. reactivity, certainty, and reliability educational service quality had a significant positive (+) effect on pressure school stress. Second, the results of the analysis of Hypothesis 2 regarding whether the quality of E-Learning quality have a significant effect on employment stress are as follows. reactivity, certainty, and reliability educational service quality have a significant positive (+) effect on employment stress. Third, the results of the analysis of hypothesis 3 regarding whether academic stress has a significant effect on employment stress are as follows. Burnout, pressure Academic stress has a significant positive (+) effect on employment stress.
