연구 목적: 이 연구는 유아들이 숲에서 놀면서 심신을 이완시키며 정신적 스트레스도 회복하고, 행복감과 즐거움 등 긍정적인 정서를 많이 경험할 수 있는 숲에 대해 고찰하는 것이다. 이를 통해 위드 코로나로 살아가야 하는 시대에 힐링으로서의 숲을 재조명해 보고자 한다.
연구 방법: 연구방법은 문헌분석을 통해 고찰하였다.
연구 내용: 이 논문의 연구내용은 첫째, 유아 숲 교육의 특징을 살펴볼 때 유아 숲 교육은 전인 발달 측면에서 영유아의 성장에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 위드 코로나 시대 치유(Healing)로서의 숲을 고찰해 봄으로써 숲은 유아에게 정서적, 신체적 건강에 효과적이었으며 육체적 피로와 정신적, 심리적 압박을 해소하여 건강회복에 도움을 주었다.
결론 및 제언: 숲이 가지고 있는 다양한 자연 치유인자가 코로나19로 지쳐있는 사람들의 대체의학 또는 심리 신경면역학 측면에서 치료적 대안으로 가능성이 있고 많은 사람이 숲을 접할 수 있는 방안을 제언하였다.To examine the forest where children can relax mind and body, recover from mental stress, and experience many positive emotions such as happiness and joy while playing in the forest. Through this, We want to reilluminate the forest as healing in an era where we have to live with Corona. The research method was literature review. Contents of the study: First, When examining the characteristics of early childhood forest education, early childhood forest education had an effect on the growth of infants in terms of overall development. Second, by examining the forest as a healing in the With-Corona era , the forest was effective for emotional and physical health for early childhood, and helped restore health by relieving physical fatigue and mental and psychological pressure. Conclusions and Suggestions: Various natural healing facts possessed by forests have potential as therapeutic alternatives in terms of alternative medicine or psychoneuroimmunology for people who are exhausted from COVID-19, and suggested a way for many people to come into contact with the forest.
