This article introduces K-Move project(Government funded support program related to overseas employment) and finds out how to improve the current project. It covers an overall review of the K-Move project from its background, purpose and current development status. Also this article tries to find out how to improve the project, dealing with practical issues. In order to achieve the purpose of the article, carefully selected focus group interview has been conducted with 6 experts from the hotel operation fields and university professors who have participated in K-Move project as a trainer. Based on an analysis of the interview, the improvement proposals for the K-Move project are suggested including provision of customized job information and support from a long-term perspective. Also how to strengthen participants’ global competency are suggested including intensive language training and prevention of dropout.
