최근 들어 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR) 활동 효과를 내부고객인 직원의 관점에서 파악하는 연구들이 관심을 받고 있다. 또한 CSR 활동에 대한 연구 대상을 기업 외부의 이해관계자에서 기업 내부의 조직구성원으로 확대하여 조직구성원의 CSR 인식에 따른 조직성과를 측정하려는 연구도 점차 확대되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 조직구성원의 사회적 책임(CSR) 활동이 조직성과에 미치는 영향과 조직문화의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 검증하고자 한국의 대표적 IT 기업인 L사의 조직구성원(현장사원)들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 359명을 표본으로 하여 실증분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 조직구성원의 사회적 책임(CSR) 활동은 기업의 재무적 성과에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 조직구성원의 사회적 책임(CSR) 활동은 기업의 비재무적 성과와도 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직구성원의 CSR 활동과 조직성과 사이에서 조직문화의 매개효과 여부를 분석한 결과 부분매개효과가 존재하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 조직구성원의 CSR 활동은 조직성과에 긍정적인 효과를 나타내는 것으로 판단할 수 있다.Recently, studies that examine the effects of social responsibility(CSR) activities from the perspective of employees, who are internal customers, are attracting attention. In addition, by expanding the scope of research on CSR activities from stakeholders outside the company to organizational members inside the company, research to measure organizational performance according to the CSR perception of organizational members is also gradually expanding. Therefore, this study tried to verify the effect of social responsibility(CSR) activities of organizational members on organizational performance and the mediating effect of organizational culture. For empirical analysison, we conducted a survey on the organizational members(field employees) of L-Company on a Korea's representative IT in Chang Won, 359 valid samples collected. The empirical analysis results are summarized as follows. First, CSR activities of organizational member were analyzed to have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the financial performance. Second, CSR activities of organizational member were analyzed to affect on the non-financial performance of the company. Third, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of organizational culture between CSR activities of organizational member and organizational performance, it was found that a partial mediating effect exists. CSR activities of organizational member were found to have positive(+) effects on organizational performance.
