In the phenomenon of digital transformation, the role and importance of the edutech platform in university education is increasing. The purpose of this study was to diagnose and analyze learners' perceptions and experience quality of digital interactive teaching methods using the edutech platform. To this end, a mixed methods study combining FGI qualitative research and quantitative survey research was conducted for students taking a tourism-related course operated by digital interactive teaching method. First, as a result of the FGI analysis, the digital interactive teaching method was found to be more useful in understanding learning and enabling self-directed learning compared to instructor-centered classes. Second, as a result of the IPA analysis, among the experience quality factors of the edutech platform class, it was found that learnability, participation, and playfulness were relatively high in achievement. Third, the digital interactive teaching method, which showed a high ARCS perception, was judged to be a positive teaching method for improving learning motivation. The results of this study are expected to contribute as a reference in the design, implementation, and evaluation of digital interactive teaching methods using the edutech platform in the future.
