Recently, as the electric vehicle market has grown, the demand for electric vehicles has increased. As the demand for electric vehicles increases, the demand for electric vehicle parts processing also increases. Currently, burrs must be removed after hole processing of aluminum parts used for electric vehicle batteries; this reduces productivity, increases manufacturing costs, and adversely affects the product quality. Therefore, many problems can be solved by removing burrs using an improved deburring process. In this study, deburring was performed to remove burrs from aluminum in a multistage format that was difficult to manufacture. As a result of the experiment, the burrs generated in the workpiece were removed well, and the work was simplified, as the burrs generated in the entrance and exit could be simultaneously removed.
