This study investigated the structural stability and vibration dispersion effect of an automatic lathe structure. Structural analysis was performed to improve the structural stability of the structure foundation. The analysis results indicate that there were no issues concerning stability. Further, it was found that the equipment and vibration dispersion were effective. Moreover, the results of the vibration test indicate that the natural frequency of the equipment exceeded the resonance range. The results of the operation vibration test of the equipment show that the maximum amount of vibration occurred at 0.112 mm/s in the maximum operation range. Therefore, the operation vibration was safe according to the equipment stability standard.
