The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between hotel employees' learning agility, job crafting, innovation behavior, and organizational agility, and to present useful implications for organizational management and human resource management of hotel companies facing continuous and unpredictable environmental changes. An online survey was conducted on 5-star hotel employees in Seoul, and a total of 214 copies were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, employees' learning agility had a significant positive effect on job crafting and innovation behavior, and job crafting and innovation behavior had a significant positive effect on organizational agility. This suggests that it is important for hotel companies to create a support system and organizational culture to increase employees' learning agility. It is necessary to strengthen the level of autonomy and empowerment of employees and to establish an organizational culture that can be easily learned, implemented, and shared.
