The biggest stakeholders in the tourism industry are local residents. This is because the space where the tourism activities take place is the living space of the local residents, and the constant meeting between tourists and the local people takes place. In order to reduce the negative effects of tourism development and develop tourism sustainably it is essential to secure the friendly attitude of the local people and the support for development. In view of these points, the analysis of the local residents' perceptions, attitudes and support for development on the development of casino-based integrated resort is considered essential for the future development direction of integrated resort and stable operation. Therefore, in this study, we will examine the perception of the influence of local residents on the development of casino-based integrated resort and analyze how this perception affects the attitudes of local residents and their support for development, and provide implications for increasing the likelihood of success of integrated resort development in the future.
