Tourism community business contributes to improving the problems that the region has and can contribute to the revitalization of future tourism through the utilization of potential resources. This study conducted a big data analysis study on the village hotel 18th Street, a place for tourism community business that has recently been in the spotlight, to examine the perceptions and trends of tourism consumers. Keywords that are highly related to Village Hotel 18th Street, and collected a total of 4,780 and selected 60 of them for research. As a result, first, keywords closely related to Village Hotel 18th Street, such as Gohan, residents, urban regeneration, alleys, Gangwon-do, alleys, news, and travel, were collected. Second, as the result of the CONCOR group analysis, a total of six clusters were formed, such as major concepts and facilities, surrounding tour courses, and contests. Various academic implications and practical implications for Village Hotel 18th Street were provided.
