With the increasing usage of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), it is necessary to manufacture various types of UAVs as required. In the case of recent UAVs, the weight of the aircraft has been increasing owing to the use of more attachments, such as sensors. As UAVs are used for transporting goods, having a light weight is an essential factor in increasing the operating time of the aircraft. Accordingly, UAVs use various materials, such as carbon, to achieve light weight; however, they are not suitable for manufacturing various types of UAVs. In addition, the weight of UAVs is a major factor directly related to the operating time of the aircraft. Therefore, in this study, a UAV was printed using a 3D printer to reduce the weight of the aircraft and maintain its strength.
