In Korea society, the proportion of vocational training experience among women with disabilities who work for wages is lower than that of men with disabilities. Considering this situation, it is necessary to prepare measures to improve their vocational skills by smoothly participating in vocational training. In addition, this study began with the recognition of the problem that research analyzing the relationship between occupational ability, job security, and job maintenance of people with disabilities is very insufficient. This current study investigated occupational abilities effect on maintenance of disabled women with paid work and analyzed whether the effect is mediated by job security. We used the 6st year data of second wave 2021 Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(PSED) using Path analysis with Amos 20.0. The subjects of this study are 501 women with disabilities who are currently employed. Analysis results of this study is as follows: First, occupational abilities had a significant effect on job security. Next, job security had a significant effect on job maintenance. Lastly, we found full mediating effect of job security relationship between occupational abilities and job maintenance. Based on the results of this study, policy measures were suggested to strengthen job security and job maintenance of disabled women with paid work.
