In this study, a multi-axis high-speed processing machine control device was constructed to process longand large-shaped products efficiently. This control device enabled simultaneous control of high-speedprocessing machines. Each of four spindles was operated and processed, and a regular kinematic equation foreach spindle was derived. The control device was configured to enable independent operation of the fourspindles, along with the guider and column assembly to which the four spindles were attached. Asimultaneous control program was developed using the derived constant kinematic equation. A characteristictest was conducted on a multi-axis high-speed machining machine, which confirmed simultaneous control.
Therefore, the control device and program developed in this study can operate multi-axis high-speedmachines.
