The purpose of this study is to identify the main and satisfactory properties of the creation of accessible tourism destinations recognized by tourists using IPA. A survey was conducted on tourists who visited the accessible tourism destinations of Railway Village in Gyeongam-dong, Gunsan. As a result of the study, the importance and satisfaction of ramps, lighting, rest areas, tourism contents, and toilet creation were high. Accessibility and movement are high in importance, but satisfaction is low, indicating that they need to be improved urgently. Both importance and satisfaction were low in terms of providing convenience for the disabled, such as providing tourist information for the disabled and programs that the disabled can experience. Washbasins, urinals, and toilets were of low importance and high satisfaction. As a result of the study, it was found that accessibility and movement of the railroad village in Gyeongam-dong were urgently improved, and toilets currently built for accessible tourism destinations needed maintenance.
