이 연구는 2022 개정 특수교육 통합교과가 기본교육과정에 참여하는 초등학교 1-2학년군 학생을 위한 ‘삶으로서의 교육과정’을 구현하기 위해 표방한 특징을 다음의 여섯 가지로 제시하고 고찰하였다; (1) 특수교육 통합교과의 정체성 확립, (2) 특수교육 통합교과의 성격 재규정, (3) 3차원적 영역 통합을 통한 삶의 맥락을 반영한 내용의 선정, (4) 기능을 넘어 학생의 총체적 삶을 담은 교과, (5) 성취기준의 확장성 강화와 교사 수준의 성취기준 개발, (6) 평가 초점을 활용한 질적 수행평가의 강조. 고찰 결과를 바탕으로 개정 특수교육 통합교과 교육과정을 수업으로 성공적으로 연결하기 위해 고려할 함의를 (1) 통합교과의 정체성과 성격에 맞는 수업과 평가의 지속적 발전, (2) 3차원적 영역 통합을 반영한 학습 활동의 구안, (3) 학생의 생태학적 환경을 반영한 탈학문적 주제 선정의 지속적 보완, (4) 교사가 만들어가는 교육과정의 구체적 실천 방안 마련, (5) 학생의 학습 과정과 결과를 신뢰성 있고 타당하게 평가하는 방법의 지속적 검증 등으로 제시하고 논의하였다.
This study is to present and examine the six characteristics adopted to implement a ‘curriculum as life’ for first or second grade elementary school students participating in the Basic curriculum of the 2022 Revised Special Education; (1) establishing the identity of the integrated subject of special education, (2) redefining the nature of the integrated subject of special education, (3) selecting of content that reflects the context of life through integration of three-dimensional domains, (4) a subject that encompasses the student's overall life beyond skills, (5) strengthening the expandability of achievement standards and developing achievement standards at the teacher level, (6) emphasizing qualitative performance evaluation using evaluation focus. Based on the results of the review, implications to be considered in order to successfully connect the integrated subject the Basic curriculum in the 2022 Revised special education to classes were presented and discussed; (1) continuous development of classes and assessments that fit the identity and characteristics of integrated subjects, (2) design of learning activities that reflect three-dimensional domain integration, (3) continuous improvement of selection of transdiciplinary topics that reflect students' ecological context, (4) preparation of specific action plans for the curriculum created by teachers, (5) continuous verification of methods for reliable and valid evaluation of students' learning process and results, etc.
