This study was conducted to present implications for the continuous growth and development of the festival by identifying the effect of the experiential value of festival visitors on emotional response, quality of life, and revisit intention at a time when the importance of emotional consumption and empirical value is increasing. The empirical analysis results of this study are as follows. First, after analyzing the effect of the experiential value of festival visitors on emotional response, it was found that among the empirical values, aesthetics, playability, and excellence had a significant positive (+) effect in order. Second, after analyzing the effect of the experiential value of festival visitors on the quality of life, it was found that among the empirical values, aesthetics, play, and benefits had a significant positive (+) effect on the quality of life. Third, emotional response was found to have a significant effect on revisit intention, and finally, the quality of life was found to have a significant effect on revisit intention. This study confirmed that it is important to strengthen festival contents and programs for the continuous development and growth of the festival by analyzing the causal relationship between experiential value, emotional response, quality of life, and revisit intention for festival visitors. These results are expected to be used as basic data to identify improvement measures and complementary points for revitalizing local festivals.
