This study investigates the effects of bakery cafe kiosk characteristics on customer behavior, with a focus on menu accessibility, ordering convenience, process efficiency, service benefits, usability, experience value, brand image, and behavioral intentions. Data was collected from 310 respondents between May 10, 2023, and June 10, 2023. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 for confirmatory factor analysis, reliability and validity testing, and discriminant validity verification. Covariance structural analysis was conducted to test the proposed hypotheses. The key insights from the analysis are as follows: The implications of the analysis results are as follows. First, menu accessibility, ordering process convenience, and ordering process usefulness were found to have a significant impact on experience value. However, ease of ordering process and service benefits did not appear to have a significant effect on experience value. Second, menu accessibility, ordering process convenience, service benefits, and ordering process usability were found to have a significant impact on brand image, but ordering process ease was found to have no significant impact on brand image. Third, menu accessibility, ordering process convenience, and service benefits were found to have a significant impact on customer behavioral intention. However, ease of order payment and usefulness of the ordering process were found to have no significant effect on customer behavioral intention. Fourth, experience value was found to have no significant effect on brand image, and experience value was analyzed to have a significant effect on customer behavioral intention. Lastly, brand image was found to have a significant impact on customer behavioral intention. Based on these analysis results, useful implications for bakery cafes were presented.
