The purpose of this study is to verify the impact of bakery managers' authentic leadership on job satisfaction and management performance, and the moderating effect of organizational justice. 308 sample were used for analysis as a sample of employees. The collected data used SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0, and the results are as follows. Hypothesis 1's leader self-awareness and balanced information processing of authentic leadership were found to have a positive (+) significant effect on job satisfaction. It was found that internalized moral perspective and relational transparency had no significant influence on job satisfaction. It was found that job satisfaction in Hypothesis 2 had a positive (+) significant effect on management performance. Hypothesis 3 was found to have a mediating effect on job satisfaction on the relationship between leader self-awareness, balanced information processing, and management performance. As a result of the moderating effect of organizational fairness in Hypothesis 4, it was confirmed that the high group had a moderating effect in balanced information processing, and the low group could enhance job satisfaction in leader self-awareness. As a result of the moderating effect of organizational justice in Hypothesis 5, it was confirmed that organizational justice has the effect of strengthening management performance in both groups. This study has academic significance in that it is an authentic leadership study related to the manager of a bakery, which has been rarely conducted so far, and bakery managers should increase their persuasive power by objectively verifying them, listening to employees' opinions, and presenting reliable data to follow their opinions to make important decisions.
