The purpose of this study is to provide basic data of career counseling and education for the sake of improvement learning motivation and efficient career preparation among university students majoring in tourism, on the basis of empirical research results. The finding are as follows. First, First, Hypothesis 1 was partially accepted as the intrinsic motivation factor of the learning motivation had a positive(+) effect on the satisfaction on major. Second, Hypothesis 2 was accepted as it was found that the satisfaction on major, had a positive (+) effect on the career preparation behavior. Finally, 3 was accepted as the intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation factors of the learning motivation had a positive(+) effect on the career preparation behavior. It is presumed that this study will provide useful data for future studies in that it analyzed relationship between satisfaction on major, which is a psychological and behavioral factor that can improve learning motivation effectively, and career preparation behavior, and it is judged that this study will be usable particularly as the basic data of career guidance for aviation tourism major students.
