The purposes of this study were to verify differences in tourism activities, based on personality type of young adults, and then to examine factor of tourism activities, which seemed to have effects on personality group. The main results were as follows. First, The variables related to 'field sports activities', 'water sports activities', 'appreciation of scenic beauty', 'coast/lake/valley tourism', 'religious tourism' were distributed differently to each personality group, based on the HEXACO. 'Coast/lake/valley tourism' was seemed to be the most preferred one, while 'religious tourism' was the worst one. Second, result of independent t-test indicated that cluster Ⅰ(more social group) had higher preference in tourism activities than cluster Ⅱ(more individualistic group). That meant tourists of cluster Ⅰ would enjoy tourism activities more actively. Also, it was 'sports tourism' and 'nature tourism' factors among tourism activities to have positive effects on personality group(1=more social group, 0=more individualistic group).
