본 연구는 완벽주의와 스트레스 대처방식의 군집에 따른 소진, 교사효능감 및 대인관계 유능성의 차이를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 274명의 중등교사를 대상으로 설문 조사한 결과를 바탕으로 군집분석을 한 결과, 다음 네 군집이 도출되었다. 먼저 비완벽주의-적극적 대처집단은 네 집단 중 소진이 가장 낮고 대인관계 유능성은 가장 높았다. 둘째, 완벽주의-적극적 대처집단은 네 집단 중 교사효능감이 가장 높았다. 셋째, 일반수준 완벽성향-대처미흡집단은 네 집단 중 교사효능감과 대인관계 유능성이 가장 낮았다. 마지막으로 일반수준 완벽성향-소극적 대처집단은 네 집단 중 심리적 소진이 가장 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.
