 The purpose of this research is to find ways to control drug crimes, such as illegal trafficking of narcotics and psychosomatic substances in Mongolia, and thus to analyze the status of drug crimes in Mongolia and to control them. The focus point is on the status and control method of Korean drug crime, referring to the methodology and practical problems related to the detection of illegal distribution crimes against Mongolia's drug and psychotropic substances. In other words, if the characteristics of the drug crime are accurately identified and proper control measures are taken, we believe that such crimes can be controlled to protect the health of the people and the safety of society. To achieve this goal, first, the type, characteristic, quantity, and market value of the person used in illegal transactions are accurately implemented as a result of the continuous update system implementation of the list of narcotics and psychotropic materials, the purpose of the drug crime. This will help determine exactly what constitutes a crime and whether there is a component of the crime. ② It is important to accurately detect the substances of the drugs for the preceding results, so improving the facilities and equipment of the CRRI Clinic or the detection equipment of investigators is very urgent. ③ The current development of IT plays a significant role in drugs and illegal lending crimes. Therefore, it is very difficult to identify the activities of criminals through this highly skilled community. Thus, the method of accessing information in the investigation procedures should be database, so that the responsible investigator can easily access the connection passage and information of criminals, and use it as investigative data for illegal funds and illegal drug trafficking. It is very important for the government to control the substances that are growing in Mongolia, and such a system must be prepared quickly. ⑤ It is necessary to improve the professionalism of drug crime investigators. To that end, we need to set up a special investigation team on narcotics, but first, we should select regular and powerful detectives to be involved in drug-related activities. However, strict selection criteria such as the possession of related majors or relevant knowledge should be established in the selection process, and expertise should be improved through continuous specialized education even after selection.

Lastly, in Mongolia, the majority of people who use drugs are in their 20s, and drug crimes are causing serious damage to the future of Mongolia's society. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately inform Mongolia's society and the public about the side effects of drug crimes, and to keep them in mind constantly. First of all, the government needs to pay careful attention or support to crack down on drug-taking offences, and it is necessary to continue making research on drug-related crimes or to make further development laws.
