푸모니신은 F. verticillioides 가 생산하고 전 세계적으로 옥수수 및 옥수수 제품에서 발견되는 독성 대사산물입니다. 이 연구에서는 쥐의 간과 신장 세포에서 푸모니신 B₁(FB1) 독성에 대한 세 가지 다른 추출물의 보호 효과와 사료의 FB1 오염을 줄이는 잠재력을 조사했습니다.
