본 연구는 태권도 전자호구의 전자채점방식과 심판에 의한 득점 값이 일치하고 있는지를 확인함과 동시에 유목내 상관계수를 사용하여 심판들 간의 객관도를 산출하기 위한 연구로 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 이 연구의 대상은 ‘2007년 전국체전 서울시 대표 최종선발전’ 결승경기 남자 10경기, 여자 10경기 전체 20경기, 분석에 이용된 선수는 남자 10×2=20명, 여자 10×2=20명 전체 40명이었으며, 심판 5명을 평가자로 선정하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 ‘MS office Excel 2007’을 이용하여 차이점수를 산출하여 시각적도표로 결과를 표현하였으며, 심판들 간의 객관도(objectivity)를 분석하기 위해 일변량통계치(univariate statistic)인 유목내 상관계수(Intraclass correlation coefficient : R) 값을 산출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전자호구의 전자채점방식에 의한 득점과 기존 심판에 의한 득점 값의 차이를 분석한 결과 낮은 일치도를 보였다. 둘째, 기존 심판에 의한 득점을 분석한 심사자 5명간 객관도를 분석한 결과 심사자 간 유목내 상관계수인 Average measure intraclass correlation coefficient R=.901로 평가자간 신뢰도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과들은 통해 심판 판정의 공정성 및 객관성을 확보하기 위한 노력으로 개발된 전자호구(Electronic Protector)를 도입함에 있어 현재 태권도 경기에 규정되어 있는 득점 체계와 전자호구가 도입되어 사용될 때, 기존 심판(judge score)에 의한 득점과 전자호구(electronic protector score)에 의한 득점의 설정 값을 일치 시켜 태권도 경기 채점방식의 신뢰도 및 타당도를 확보해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine rating errors influencing on judgemental scoring, and to suggest the way of providing feedback for judges as a graphical format using a exist in a

judges score and trunk electronic rating scoring system. The data of high school the male and female's taekwondo events at the 2007 Seoul the final elimination match used to compare the difference scores when two methods of analysis are used. Male 10game, female 10game(total 20game), used to analysis player male 10×2=20, female 10×2=20 (total 40), judge 5. The study was calculated of difference score by ‘MS office Excel 2007‘. The result suggest the way of graphical format. Using Intracalss correlation R analyis of reliability or agreement index were examined. Judge-by-athletes interaction was also calculated to extract feedback information. The information obtained from the examine rating errors influencing on judgemental scoring, and graphical format using a exist in a judges score and trunk electronic rating scoring system analyses could be used effectively to provide feedback for judes in training and certification program. also, Taekwondo Competition must rating methods have obtained reliability and validity.
