불확실한 경영환경하에서 고정단가 장기계약과 같은 전통적인 아웃소싱 서비스 계약에서는 수요의 불확실성에 따른 리스크를 서비스 공급업체에 모두 전가하여 공급업체의 수익성이 악화되어 왔다. 이러한 불균형을 완화하기 위하여 최근 계약 포트폴리오 전략을 활용한 리스크 완화 방안이 제안되어 현실에 적용되어 왔다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 추계적 계획법 기반 분석 프레임워크를 설계하여 불확실한 수요에 따른 리스크를 서비스 수요 기업과 공급 기업간에 공유하는 방안을 분석하였고, 수요의 불확실성 하에서 옵션 계약을 포함한 계약 포트폴리오 전략을 통하여 대리인의 경우 아웃소싱의 기회를 높일 수 있으며, 대리인이 제시 가능한 계약 조건을 구매자에 제시하는 것이 양쪽 기업 모두의 수익을 증대시키는 win-win 계약방식임을 제시하였다.

Under uncertain business environment, the traditional outsourcing contract such as the fixed price long-term contract typically pass on a demand-side risk to outsourcing service providers and the profitability of the providers have worsened. To overcome this unbalance, a contract portfolio strategy has been proposed and applied to the various areas recently. In this paper, we propose a stochastic programming based analysis framework for the problem and find that as the demand uncertainty increases. The result of this thesis showed that an agent can enhance an opportunity for outsourcing through a contract portfolio strategy including an optional contract under the uncertainty of demand and that an agent’s proposal of a feasible contract condition to a buyer is a win-win contract method to bring more profits to both an agent and a buyer.

The result of this thesis provides the expectation that it will be helpful in the improvement in service quality and an increase in profits of buyers and agents in the industry of outsourcing service which has suffered the aggravation of profitability and that considerations and the adjustment mechanism will be conducive in a successful contract for outsourcing service.
