직원 생산성은 기업의 지속 가능한 발전에 기여하는 중요한 요소 중 하나이며, 그 영향의 메커니즘을 이해하는 것이 핵심이다. 컴퓨터 기술의 번영을 볼 때, 컴퓨터 네트워크는 기업 발전의 전환에 중요한 역할을 하지만, 직원들의 사이버로핑 행동은 중요하다. 근무 시간 중 사이버로핑 행동은 경영진의 관심을 끌기 시작했다. 본 논문은 중국에서 있는 외국인 투자 기업과 민영기업 등에서 근무하는 직원들 305명을 대상으로 한 표본을 바탕으로 모욕적 감독과 사이버로핑이 직원 생산성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석한다. 연구결과는 모욕적 감독과 사이버로핑이 모두 직원 생산성에 큰 부정적 영향을 미치고, 사이버로핑은 모욕적 감독과 직원생산성 사이에서 부분적인 매개효과가 있어 상사의 모욕적 감독이 직원들에게 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 입증하였다. 이를 바탕으로 상사와 직원 간 대인관계 발전에 집중하는 것이 좋은 근무 분위기 조성의 핵심이다. 이런 일이 발생하지 않도록 적절한 신고·모니터링 대책을 도입한다. 동시에, 본 논문은 사이버로핑이 중요한 매개 요소이라고 보일 수 있으니 후속 연구의 귀중한 기초재료를 제공한다는 것을 검증한다.
Employee productivity is one of the important factors that contribute to the sustainable development of a company, and understanding the mechanisms of its influence is key. This paper empirically analyzes the effects of abusive supervision and cyberloafing on employee productivity based on a sample of 305 employees. The results of the study show that both abusive supervision and cyberloafing have a significant negative effect on employee productivity, and cyberloafing has a partial mediating effect between abusive supervision and employee productivity, which proves that abusive supervision by leaders has a negative effect on employees and the development of the company. Based on this, focusing on the development of interpersonal relationships between leaders and employees is the key to creating a good working atmosphere.
