연구 목적: 본 연구 목적은 노인의 건강생활습관과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 흡연과 음주가 어떠한 역할을 검증하고자 하였다.

연구 방법: 노인 300명을 대상으로 2022년 6월부터 8월까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 결과를 도출하였다.

연구 내용: 노인의 성공적 노화에 건강생활습관이 미치는 영향력을 알아보고, 두 변인 관계에 음주와 흡연이 조절효과로 나타나는지 확인하였다.

결론 및 제언: 흡연과 음주는 생활체육습관과 성공적 노화의 영향 관계에 반대되는 효과가 있다는 것을 규명하였다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 노인의 성공적 노화에 대한 기초자료로 활용되길 기대하고, 노인의 흡연과 음주에 대한 연구가 지속되길 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to verify the role of smoking and drinking in the relationship between healthy lifestyle and successful aging in the elderly. A survey of 300 elderly people was conducted from June to August 2022, and the results were derived based on the collected data. The influence of healthy lifestyle habits on the successful aging of the elderly was investigated, and it was confirmed whether drinking and smoking appeared as regulatory effects in the relationship between the two variables. It was found that smoking and drinking have opposite effects on the relationship between sports habits and successful aging.
