스타트업의 혁신 및 경영성과는 조직의 기업가 지향성과 동적역량에 의해 영향을 받을 가능성이 높다. 그러나 기존 연구는 관련 변수 간의 관계를 직접적 관계로 단순히 살펴보거나 환경의 동태성을 조절효과로 고려하지 않아 연구의 시사점을 제공하는데 일정 부분 한계가 존재했다. 본 연구는 이 점을 고려, 스타트업의 기업가 지향성과 동적역량을 핵심 변수로 설정, 이들 변수가 환경 동태성의 정도에 따라 조직의 혁신성과와 경영성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 확인하기 위해 337개의 국내 스타트업을 대상으로 구조방정식 분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과, 기업가 지향성은 동적역량에, 동적역량은 스타트업의 혁신성과 및 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 환경의 변화 정도를 시장 및 기술로 구분하여 살펴본 결과, 시장동태성과 기술동태성은 스타트업의 동적역량이 성과창출에 미치는 강도를 긍정적으로 제어하는 조절효과를 발휘하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 토대로, 본 연구는 정책적 시사점 그리고 후속연구 방향을 간략히 제언하였다.
