초록보기

배경 및 목적: 이름대기 결함은 실어증 환자들에게 흔하게 나타나는 문제로, 의미 자질(Semantic feature analysis, SFA) 중재는 대표적인 이름대기 중재법이다. 본 연구는 영어권 선행연구를 기반으로 SFA 중재에 사용되는 중재 목록 및 의미 자질의 한국 데이터베이스를 구축하여 공유하고자 하였다. 방법: 명사와 동사 단어 목록 및 의미 자질을 수집하여 언어적 특성 및 한국 문화를 반영해 수정 및 보완하였다. 단어와 의미 자질이 연관성이 있는지 판단하기 위해 2번의 타당도 검증을 실시하였다. 1차 타당도 검증은 청년층 40명을 대상으로 실시하여, 참여자 간 일치율이 80% 미만인 의미 자질은 연구자에 의해 수정되었다. 2차 타당도 검증은 언어재활사 16명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 결과: 명사 213개, 동사 159개 목록이 완성되었으며 각 단어 당 24개의 의미 자질을 구성하였다. 총 명사 의미 자질 5,112개, 동사 의미 자질 3,816개가 구성되었다. 1차 타당도 검증에서 의미 자질의 일치율은 명사 의미 자질 21개, 동사 의미 자질 167개를 제외하고 80% 이상 일치율을 보였다. 2차 타당도 검증에서 명사 의미 자질 21개, 동사 의미 자질 161개에서 80% 이상의 일치율을 보였다. 6개의 동사 의미 자질은 80% 미만의 일치율을 보여 연구자에 의해 수정되었다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구는 SFA 중재를 위한 명사 및 동사 이름대기 의미 자질의 한국 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 이는 이름대기 결함이 있는 실어증 환자들의 중재에 유용하게 쓰일 것으로 예상된다.
