본 연구는 직장인의 인구사회학적 변인에 따른 나무그림검사의 반응특성을 알아보고, 인구사회학적 변인과 나무그림검사의 평가지표에 어떠한 특성이 있는지를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울시, 충남, 충북지역에서 근무하는 성인 직장인 307명이며, 인구사회학적 변인(성별, 나이, 결혼여부, 학력, 고용형태, 근속연수)과 나무그림검사의 자료를 SPSS/WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 질적인 자료는 교차분석으로, 양적인 자료는 다변량분석과 사후검증을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 질적평가지표와 양적평가지표에 유의미한 특성이 나타났다. 둘째, 연령에 따른 질적평가지표와 양적평가지표에 유의미한 특성이 나타났다. 셋째, 결혼여부에 따른 질적평가지표와 양적평가지표에 유의미한 특성이 나타났다. 넷째, 학력에 따른 질적평가지표에 유의미한 특성이 나타났고, 양적평가지표에 유의미한 특성이 나타나지 않았다. 다섯째, 고용형태에 따른 질적평가지표에 유의미한 특성이 나타났고, 양적평가지표에 유의미한 특성이 나타나지 않았다. 근속연수에 따른 질적평가지표와 양적평가지표에 유의미한 특성이 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 인구사회학적 변인에 따라 나무그림검사가 다른 특성을 보임을 알 수 있었으며 이를 바탕으로 인구사회학적 변인에 따른 나무그림검사의 특성에 대해 논의하였다.

This study investigated the response characteristics of the tree drawing test according to the socio-demographic variables of office workers, and examined the characteristics of socio-demographic variables and evaluation indicators of tree drawings. The subjects of this study were 307 adult office workers in Seoul, Chung-nam, and Chung-buk. Socio-demographic variables (gender, age, marital status, education, employment type, years of service) and tree drawing data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. Qualitative data were analyzed by cross-tabulation, and quantitative data were analyzed by applying multivariate analysis and post-hoc test. The analysis results are as follows. First, significant characteristics appeared in qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicators according to gender. Second, significant characteristics appeared in the qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicators according to age. Third, significant characteristics appeared in the qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicators according to marital status. Fourth, significant characteristics appeared in the qualitative evaluation indicators according to educational background, and no significant characteristics appeared in the quantitative evaluation indicators. Fifth, significant characteristics appeared in the qualitative evaluation indicators according to employment type, and no significant characteristics appeared in the quantitative evaluation indicators. Lastly, Significant characteristics appeared in qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicators according to years of service. These results showed that tree drawings showed different characteristics depending on socio-demographic variables. Based on this, The characteristics of tree drawings according to socio-demographic variables were discussed.
