본 연구는 서울, 경기 소재 무용 전공 중국 유학생 198명을 대상으로 회복탄력성이 무용참여욕구에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석으로 규명하고 학교지원의 매개효과를 알아보았다. 그 결과, 통제력이 인지적욕구에 정적 영향을 미쳤고 통제력과 긍정성이 행동적욕구와 정의적욕구에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 통제력, 긍정성과 인지적욕구, 정의적욕구의 관계에서 교수지원은 부분매개하였고, 통제력, 긍정성과 정의적욕구의 관계에서 동료학생지원은 부분매개하였으며, 통제력과 행동적욕구, 정의적욕구의 관계에서 학교분위기는 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 유학생들을 위한 지원과 관리 제도의 구체적인 체계성 확보, 회복탄력성을 활용한 무용 전공 중국 유학생들의 학업생활 개선 방안 마련을 시사점으로 도출했다.
