연구목적: 이 연구는 ADHD를 가진 초등학생 아동의 주의력 결핍, 충동성의 문제를 해결하기 위해 FIE-Basic의 점의 조직(OD)을 통한 중재와 게임놀이치료를 병합하여 적용한 단일사례 연구이다.

연구방법: 이 연구를 위해 연구자가 중재자로서 아동에 대해 FIE-B의 OD를 적용하였다. MLE에 기반한 중재가 매주 1회기씩 50분, 총 24회기가 이루어졌다. 게임놀이치료는 놀이치료사에 의해 매주 1회기씩 40분, 총 20회기가 진행되었고, 본 연구자는 이를 분석하였다. 중재효과 검증을 위한 분석으로 집행기능곤란 검사, ADS검사, HTP검사를 사전, 사후 실시하였다. 또한 FIE-B의 OD 중재 과정 및 게임놀이치료 과정에서 아동의 주의력, 충동성 등 인지기능의 변화에 대해 분석하였다.

연구결과: 첫째, 집행기능곤란의 하위요인인 계획-조직화 곤란, 행동통제 곤란, 정서통제 곤란, 부주의에서 감소가 나타났다. ADS에서는 시각 자극의 경우 부주의, 반응시간 평균, 반응시간 표준편차가 정상 범주로 변화되었고, 청각 자극의 경우 주의력, 반응시간 표준편차가 정상 범주로 변화되었다. HTP결과도 주의력, 충동성의 변화를 보여주었다. 둘째, FIE-B의 OD 중재 과정에서 아동의 부주의 감소, 충동성의 조절을 포함한 다양한 인지적 기능의 중진이 있었다. 셋째, 게임놀이치료 과정에서도 주의력의 증진 및 충동성 조절이 증진되었다.

결론: ADHD아동에 대한 FIE-B의 OD 중재와 게임놀이치료를 병합한 중재가 효과적일 수 있음을 시사한다.

Objective: This study is a single case study that applied FIE-Basic’s Organization of Dots (OD) and game play therapy in elementary school child with ADHD.

Methods: For this study, FIE-B (OD) was conducted once a week for 50 minutes, for a total of 24 sessions. Game play therapy was conducted a total of 20 sessions, one session per week for 40 minutes. To verify the effect of the mediation, Executive Function Difficulty Screening Questionnaire, ADS test, and HTP were conducted pre-and post-test. Also, we analyzed changes in children’s attention and impulsivity during the FIE-B (OD) mediation process and game play therapy.

Results: First, results showed a decrease in executive dysfunction. Also showed changes in attention and impulsivity. Second, as a result of examining FIE-B (OD) mediation process, there was improvement in various cognitive functions. Third, attention and impulsive control were also improved during the game play therapy process.

Conclusion: This suggests that an mediation combining FIE-B (OD) and game play therapy for child with ADHD may be effective.
