본 연구는 에듀테크를 활용한 직업훈련 교수학습모델의 미래 방향을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히, 디지털 기술의 발전으로 각급 교육 현장과 직업훈련에서 더욱 중요하게 다루어지고 있는 개별화, 차별화 전략이 에듀테크 활용을 통해 교수학습모델에 어떻게 구현되고 있는지 탐색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 교육에서의 개별화, 차별화 개념을 정의하고, 에듀테크의 개념과 최신 기술 동향을 분석하였다. 교수학습의 일반 체제모형인 ADDIE 모형을 기반으로 ‘23년 우수 직업훈련기관 공모에 지원한 기관의 훈련운영 전략을 분석하였다. ADDIE 단계별로 개별화, 차별화 전략 요소를 도출하고 그 중 에듀테크 활용도가 높은 요소를 추출하였으며, 직업훈련 전문가 그룹의 내용 검토를 진행하였다. 본 연구 결과 직업훈련기관 및 관련 담당자들이 개별화, 차별화 직업훈련 교수학습모델을 설계하고 운영하는 데 있어 에듀테크 활용도를 제고하고 실천하는데 현실적 기여를 할 것으로 기대한다.
