클라우드 컴퓨팅은 인공지능(AI), 사물인터넷(IoT), 빅데이터(BigData) 등과 융합하여, 4차 산업혁명을 촉진하는 서비스로 자리를 잡으면서 클라우드를 기반으로 하는 정보자원 관리가 중요해지고 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 크게 확산하지 않은 이유로 도입 비용, 보안, 성능, 서비스모델 정보가 확실하지 않고, 사용자의 테크노스트레스 등이 확산의 주요 장애요인으로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 통합기술수용이론과 혁신저항모델을 사용하여 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입 요인과 혁신 특성이 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향에서 지각된 유용성, 테크노스트레스와 전환비용의 매개효과를 조사하였다.

연구결과 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입 시 유용성을 크게 지각하지 못함을 확인하였다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입 요인은 테크노스트레스와 전환비용에 영향을 미쳤고, 혁신 특성은 지각된 유용성, 테크노스트레스, 전환비용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 또한, 지각된 유용성, 테크노스트레스, 전환비용은 지속 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 지각된 유용성, 테크노스트레스와 전환비용은 지속 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 지각된 유용성, 테크노스트레스, 전환비용은 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입 요인과 혁신 특성이 지속 사용 의도에 매개효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 유용성을 꾸준히 지각할 수 있도록 성과기대와 사회적 영향은 촉진하고 노력 기대는 축소하는 지원방안이 필요하다. 특히 최고경영진이 혁신환경과 수용환경을 조성하여 지속 사용 의도를 강화하여야 한다. 또한 클라우드 컴퓨팅으로 전환하였을 때 감수해야 하는 비용이나 위험을 줄이는 방안을 제시하여야 한다.

Through convergence with artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data, cloud computing is extablishing itself as a service that promotes the 4th Industrial Revolution; Furthermore cloud-based information resource management is becoming important. The major obstacles to the wide spread of cloud computing are the lack of certainty in its introduction cost, security, performance, and service model information, users’ technostress, and so on. This study investigated the mediating effects of perceived usefulness, technostress, and switching costs in the effects of cloud computing introduction factors and innovation characteristics on continuous use intention using the integrated unified theory of acceptance and use of technology and innovation resistance model. The results confirmed that the usefulness was not greatly perceived when introducing cloud computing. Introduction factors affected technostress and switching costs, and innovation characteristics affected perceived usefulness, technostress, and switching costs. In addition, perceived usefulness, technostress, and switching costs affected continuous use intention. In addition, perceived usefulness, technostress, and switching costs affected continuous use intention. Based on these factors, those of cloud computing adoption and innovation characteristics had a mediating effect on the continuous use intention. To continuously perceive usefulness, support measures are needed to promote performance expectations and social influence and reduce effort expectations. In particular, top management should create an environment for innovation and acceptance to strengthen such intention. Furthermore, measures should be presented to reduce the costs and risks that must be taken when switching to cloud computing.
