In China, the government strongly encouraged literary writing by workers, peasants, and soldiers during the period of 17 years (1949-1966), and provided various support to make it possible. The central and regional literary and artistic associations, writers’ associations, newspapers and magazines, broadcasting companies or publishing houses that have received this instruction are providing assistance in various aspects to implement it. For example, providing learning opportunities and publishing platforms for workers, peasants, and soldiers to write and publish. Many workers, peasants, and soldiers are also writing articles and actively submitting their works, which have been published through multiple pages. With the disappearance of narratives in literary history about such active activities in training workers, peasants, and soldiers, as well as the writers and works that emerged from them, there are not many people who know about this and research on it. This article is a preliminary exploration aimed at promoting the events that are clearly present in the literary field and providing one of the reference systems for comparing with the current state of Chinese literature.
