有关≪红楼梦≫后四十回的版权归属及价值评判的问题,一直是红学研究中争议不断的部分。有学者从悲剧主题及情节续接角度评判后四十回并非曹雪芹所作。但这种评判有停留在表层之嫌,运用神话原型理论分析≪红楼梦≫的深层结构,会发现后四十回与前八十回的续接达到了浑然一体的程度。从神话角度可以将≪红楼梦≫的结构看成是从神话到现实,即从“石头”到“宝玉”的正向圆弧,和从现实回归神话,即从“宝玉”到“石头”的反向圆弧,这一正一反两个圆弧二元对立地构成了≪红楼梦≫圆形的原型结构。
