본 연구는 초중등교육에서 생성형 AI의 교육적 활용과 가능성, 향후 과제를 체계적으로 검토하기 위해 주제 범위 문헌고찰을 수행했다. PRISMA-ScR 지침에 따라 2022년 1월부터 2023년 11월까지 출판된 원저 국외 논문을 4개 학술 데이터베이스로부터 수집하고, 최종 21건의 논문을 선정하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 생성형 AI를 활용한 연구 및 교수설계 동향과 교수-학습 과정에서의 생성형 AI의 역할, 향후 과제를 중심으로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 초중등교육에서 생성형 AI의 교육적 활용을 위한 교수설계와 교사-학습자를 위한 증거 기반 교육의 실천 방안을 수립하고, 향후 경험적 연구를 수행하는 데 기여할 것이다.
