아토피 피부염에 대한 인진호 추출물의 네트워크 약리학 분석 및 효능 = Network pharmacology analysis and efficacy study of Artemisiae Capillaris Herba extracts for atopic dermatitis
This study investigated the potential functions and pathways of Artemisiae Capillaris Herba (AC) extracts on atopic dermatitis via network pharmacology analysis and mechanism study. The constituents of AC were collected from public databases and its target genes were gathered from PubChem databases. AC target genes were compared with the atopic dermatitis gene set to find the correlation. The key protein associated with mitophagy, PINK1, was assayed on stimulated HaCaT cells. The result revealed that the AC network contained 52 nodes and 627 edges. Also, 11 intersecting genes were exhibited between AC and atopic dermatitis gene set, indicating high correlation with the effects of AC on atopic dermatitis. Also, AC extracts up-regulated PINK1 expression. These results suggest that, through mitophagy modulation, AC extracts have the potential to alleviate atopic dermatitis.
