본 연구는 2021년 3월부터 2023년 12월까지 수집된 장기 가속도 응답 데이터를 바탕으로 구조물 건전성 모니터링(SHM)을 통해 고층 건물의 사용성 및 구조적 안전성을 분석했다. 해안에 위치한 대상 건축물은 완공 직후부터 모니터링을 실시하였다. 첫째, 계측기간 동안 사용성 평가를 실시했다. 둘째, 가속도 응답 데이터를 기반으로 FDD 기법을 사용하여 동적 특성과 고유 진동수의 장기적인 변화를 분석했다. 마지막으로 건물의 강성에 대한 장기적인 변화를 추정하고 구조계 추정 기법(SI)을 사용하여 구조적 안전성을 평가했다.
