연구 주제: 본 연구는 평생교육사의 디지털 리터러시가 혁신 행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이 관계에서 학습민첩성이 매개 역할을 하는지를 검증하고자 하였다.

· 연구 배경: 최근 디지털 전환이 가속화되면서, 평생교육사에게는 단순한 기술 활용을 넘어 창의적 문제 해결력과 빠른 학습 능력 같은 유연한 역량이 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 평생교육사의 디지털 리터러시가 혁신 행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고, 이 과정에서 학습민첩성이 매개 요인으로 작용하는지를 분석하고자 하였다.

· 선행연구와의 차이점: 기존 연구는 디지털 리터러시와 혁신 행동 간의 직접 관계에 주목한 반면, 본 연구는 학습민첩성을 매개 변수로 설정하여 작동 메커니즘을 실증적으로 검증하였고, 평생교육사 집단을 대상으로 수행한 점에서 차별성이 있다.

· 연구방법: 2급 이상 평생교육사 127명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 활용하여 변수 간 관계 및 매개효과를 분석하였다.

· 연구결과: 디지털 리터러시는 혁신 행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 학습민첩성은 이 관계를 매개하는 변수로 나타나, 디지털 리터러시와 학습민첩성이 함께 혁신 행동을 촉진함을 확인하였다.

· 공헌점 및 기대효과: 디지털 역량과 학습민첩성 강화를 통해 평생교육사의 혁신 역량을 높일 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제시하였으며, 변화 대응력과 실천적 전문성 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
