To enhance professional attitude maturity, this project aims to develop a career advancement education program utilizing artificial intelligence technology. It will then be implemented in a real high school to determine the impact on students’ career attitude maturity. Six career education programs were developed for children using an AI-powered career education service created by an edtech company in the Gyeongsangbuk-do area. Five hundred forty high school students participated in the program, and paired-sample t-tests were used to compare pre- and post-tests and confirm its success in raising career attitude maturity. The analysis's findings indicated that among the five sub-factors of professional attitude, maturity, decisiveness, certainty, and independence had significantly improved. Relative to the pretest results, the mean values for the career attitude maturity subfactors of independence, decisiveness, and certainty increased in the post-test results. For readiness, the mean value increased by the least amount (0.018), while for certainty, the mean value increased by the most (0.306). In-depth interviews with participating students also revealed that the AI-powered program had a positive impact on their career choices and was useful for future career planning. In addition, teachers who used the life record AI found it to be a very useful service and were willing to utilize it through personal purchases. This study is significant in that it demonstrates the effectiveness of artificial intelligence in enhancing the development of career attitudes among high school students, as well as the potential for new applications in career guidance education.
