중국 허난성의 관광업은 눈에 띄게 확장되고 있다. 2013년 총 관광 수입은 3,875억 5,000만 위안에서 2023년에는 9,265억 6,000만 위안으로 증가하였다. 이 연구는 허난성 관광 수입에 영향을 미치는 요인을 연구 대상으로 하였다. 이에 하남성의 공보자료 중에 2013부터 2024년까지의 데이터를 기반으로 회색상관분석(GRA) 방법을 응용하여 상관관계를 분석하고자 한다. 회색분석시스템은 경제발전 수준, 인적자원 조건, 교통 능력, 관광서비스 수준, 정보화 수준 및 관광지 매력도의 6가지 1급 지표와 12가지 2급 지표를 포함하였다. 회색분석시스템의 모델을 통하여 전통적인 GRA 모델을 최적화하고, 변수 간의 상관관계를 SPSS 26을 사용하여 통계분석을 효과적으로 하였다. 결과는 인적자원이 관광 수입에 가장 높은 연관성을 보였으며, 그 다음은 관광서비스와 경제조건으로 나타났다. 교통과 정보화 요인의 영향은 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 본 연구는 인적 자원 양성과 스마트 관광 생태계 구축 등의 구체적인 전략을 수립하여 하남성 관광 수입의 지속 가능한 성장을 위한 의사결정 지원을 제시하였다.
