본 연구는 제주 공공건축물 그린리모델링 사업에 적용된 기술과 에너지사용량을 분석하는 것이다. 보건소, 어린이집 20개소에 적용된 그린리모델링 기술은 고성능창호, 고효율냉난방시스템, 벽체외단열과 지붕단열재 순으로 많이 적용되었다. 에너지사용량은 15개소 감소, 단위면적당 에너지사용량 평균값은 10.74% 감소하였다. 용도별 에너지 변화는 보건소의 경우 동절기의 에너지감소가 크고, 어린이집은 하절기의 에너지 감소가 크다. 그린리모델링은 건물의 용도 및 계절별 기후 조건을 고려하여 적용기술을 선정하면, 에너지 절감 효과를 높일 수 있다.
